1. About this website

The site describes our AV hire, live streaming, and production services and lets you send an enquiry. Content can change without notice u2014 if something matters for a booking, we will confirm it in writing.

2. Enquiries and bookings

  • Sending a form is not a confirmed booking until we reply and any deposit or terms are sorted.
  • Quotes depend on gear being free, the event details, and written confirmation.
  • Larger jobs may have a separate hire or production agreement attached to the invoice.

3. Please do not

  • Try to break into the site, dump malware on it, or scrape it at scale
  • Send false, illegal, or abusive messages through the forms
  • Mess with the site for other visitors

4. Intellectual property

Text, branding, photos, and layout on this site belong to AnyAV or our licensors unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to read and print pages while you are deciding whether to hire us. Please do not copy the site wholesale or use the content commercially without asking first.

5. Third-party services

We may use or link to third-party services (maps, analytics, ads platforms, and so on). Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for sites we do not control.

6. Advertising measurement

We use Google and Microsoft advertising tools so we can tell whether ads are working. See the Privacy Policy and How we advertise for more detail.

7. Internal tools (not a public product)

We run internal software (including a helper we call Hermes) so staff can report on and manage our own ads and analytics. It is not a public SaaS product and is not sold to other advertisers. Staff access is under company rules and the usual Google / Microsoft platform terms.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted. Where New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act) gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those still apply. Confirmed bookings override anything simplified on the website.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from using the website. Nothing here tries to remove rights you cannot legally give up in New Zealand.

How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
